M. Shayle Epstein C.E.O.
- For over 45 years, Mr. Epstein has been a successful Banker, Mortgage Banker, Real Estate Broker, and Developer. His expertise is in Structuring and Funding all types of Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and arranging Debt and Equity for his many clients Nationwide. In addition to being a Principal of a successful Mortgage Banking Firm, Shayle also created a profitable organization within a De Novo Bank in Chicago. In addition, he acquired, funded, and/or co-developed several Hi-rise and Loft condo projects including "Metropolitan Place", "The Cameron", and "Haberdasher Square Lofts" in Chicago. He arranged the pre-development sale of The Vue in Charlotte, N.C., The Grand Orleans in Chicago, and provided the Equity ( and the "work-out" strategy) for The Vue in Orlando, Fla. Mr. Epstein currently maintains a large network of Private and Institutional Investors and Lenders, and recently played a key role in building a client base for a start-up "Fix and Flip" Private Lender. In addition,Shayle is a Commercial Broker/Lender for several Private Money Lenders, and is currently a Licensed Managing Broker in Illinois.
